Customer support & service has always been one of Nilpeter’s strong points in South East Asia. The Customer Care Center (in short: CCC) was implemented several years ago and will remain to be a continuous focus point. However, next steps for Nilpeter will be to further intensify and expand this same level of quality service into the full Asian Pacific region.

Nilpeter announces that mid 2017 a fully redeveloped and redesigned FA4 concept will be presented to the market. One of the main focus points within this new FA4 concept, is to allow for more flexibility in press configuration. Without losing any of the high-quality FA press characteristics or features, clients will be offered greater flexibility in selecting desired features and options. For South East Asia this means; better possibilities to adapt to specific needs and with that; to achieve a desired price-level.
